Dominique Bonningue

Dominique Bonningue is an Information System Engineer, graduated from CNAM; he holds a degree in Organization and Change Management from IESTO. He built his career around three axes within the field of Operational Excellence: Supply Chain, Lean Management, Information Systems. He was responsible for introducing and leading Change Management programs for different types of industries such as Automotive, Chemical, and High-Tech. His expertise is well recognized within continuous improvement programs (Kaizen). Dominique has the required leadership and ground experience for driving effective Change in organizations, allowing to gain acceptance and commitment from every level in the organization, and to make Change truly happen. During the last ten years he focused on implementing Lean Management through Supply Chain and Manufacturing achieving successful turn-arounds and business results for industrial plants in difficult positions. He regularly works many parts of the world in multicultural environments. |

Henri Kayser

After graduating from Ecole Centrale de Paris, Henri Kayser began his career with PSA Peugeot Citroën where he held management positions in Information Technology areas, development, productions. In 1992 he became CIO Europe Moore Business Forms, then in 1996 he joined Amdahl, a computer vendor, to manage the Services Line of Business for Southern Europe. In 1997 he joined AXA to create and develop the corporate IT procurement organization, and then to launch the Service Delivery Transformation structure, leading to the creation of AXA Tech. After AXA he became CIO of CNP, the French leading Life Insurance company. In 2003 he created his own business as a consultant, contributing to large program management for leading Bank, Service, and Insurance customers, such as Credit Agricole, Société Générale, or Manpower. He supports Big Fish clients who need to strengthen their people in Purchasing and Supply Management Systems. |

Axel Momber

Axel Momber has over 30 years experience serving in a variety of senior Management positions in Procurement, Sales, Consulting and General Management in Germany, France and the United States. His experience includes Vice President of Corporate Supply Chain and Procurement for Siemens North America, where he created and managed a performant Supply Chain Organization to increase savings out of $ 10 Billion PVO. In Munich, he created and implemented a global procurement improvement program for Europe and Asia. As Executive Vice President and CFO for Siemens France he restructured the corporate and finance functions and created a lean Shared Service Organization. As Head of Siemens Procurement Process Consulting he helped Siemens and non Siemens companies to professionalize procurement . To open the eastern European procurement markets, he built up sourcing offices in Prague and Vienna. In the USA he created the first Corporate Purchasing function and was Managing Director for Fiber Optic Components USA as well as VP of worldwide sales out of Berlin. |
